Sarah's clients include Camilla Cabello, Busy Phillips, Reese Witherspoon, and Emily Blunt among other musicians, actresses, and artists! As an expert in the beauty industry, she regularly does national TV appearances on the Today Show, The View, The Doctors, QVC, and Extra! Sarah has been featured in USWeekly, People, Allure, Cosmopolitan and Oprah Mag! With a desire to educate and empower everyone to style their own hair, she invented the award-winning Beachwaver®. Sarah is married to a dentist and has 2 creative kids that love to create content! She travels as a stylist and passionately leads the research and development for The Beachwaver Co.®

Erin is a lawyer and the mom of 4 kids under the age of 7. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame, following in the footsteps of her dad, who played football and won the National Championship. Erin is passionate about human rights, loves advocating for small business owners, and believes that women deserve every opportunity equally. She loves shopping for glasses in Korea, her husband’s cooking, and rescue bulldogs. She is an avid reader, passionate about equal rights, and loyal to her family. Erin is a risk-taker and a visionary, and she gave up her corporate law career to co-found The Beachwaver Co.®. Erin and Sarah hold multiple patents and trademarks, and are proud to be self-funded female founders and American inventors.

Emily Potempa
Creative Director of The Beachwaver Co.®
As the Creative Director, Emily loves to travel and take photos. She has an eye for aesthetics and a mindset of a tech guru. Growing up, she shared a room with Sarah in a household of 7, as well as in Ireland when the two studied abroad together. Emily was Sarah’s first client and the first person to ever try the Beachwaver® curling iron. As a graduate of Indiana University, she is proud to be a Hoosier. Holding a Master’s degree, Emily is hard-working, free-spirited and fun. She left her career in reality tv casting and production to be the Creative Director of The Beachwaver Co.® You can find her on camera in Australia, taking a hot yoga class, or listening to The Avett Brothers while sipping on an Americano.
